Q. How do I get a card?
A. Your MVP membership savings card is available only through myvalleypass.com. Click on BUY A CARD and follow the quick steps to get yours and start saving!

Q. How long is the card valid?
A. Your MVP membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase and will be printed on the membership card that is sent to you.

Q. How long does it take to get my card?
A. All orders are mailed out within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.

Q. Do I have to present my MVP card each time I use it in order to receive the discount?
A. Yes. You must present your discount card each time you go to a participating vendor in order to receive your exclusive discount. Each vendor's discount varies, so be sure to check our website for updated information and for new merchants joining myvalleypass.com

Q. How do I know who the participating businesses are?
A. You will receive a current listing when we send you your savings card. Visit us at myvalleypass.com for any additions, updates and/or specials. We'll also periodically email you (if you wish) with special offers.

Q. Is my personal information and credit card safe when I purchase online with myvalleypass.com?
A. Yes. Through our PayPal system, we never have access to your personal information. In addition, we do NOT share our membership details with anyone. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your transaction is secure.
