All guests must enter through the main gate at Hansen Dam Lake near the Aquatic Center.

• General Admission: $25

• VIP Experience: $75

• Kids ages 5 and under are free with a reserved ticket

• Kids 6-12 years require a ticket: $15 

• Cabana Purchases will include 6 VIP tickets that the purchaser is responsible for handing out to guests.

Children ages 5 and under are free with a reserved ticket.

Guests ages 6+ require a paid ticket. There are kids tickets available for children 6-12 yrs.

Yes, tickets will be available onsite for purchase, but advance purchase is strongly recommended.

Guests will receive a wristband at check-in. As long as the same-day wristband remains intact, re-entry is permitted.

Arrive early to allow time for parking, security screening, and entry.

On-site parking is available for $20 and is first-come, first-served.

A designated rideshare drop-off and pick-up area will be available, at the Hansen Dam Lake Ranger Station (a short walk from the main entrance of the Fan Zone).

The DASH Shuttle will also be running every 30 minutes to the event and will also provide pick-up from the General Parking Lot to the main entrance of the event. View the route here

How to Ride

1. Plan your trip

Use Google Maps, Apple Maps, Transit App, or the LADOT Transit website to find the closest DASH Pacoima stop and plan your trip to Hansen Dam.

2. Find the DASH Pacoima bus stop

Look for the bus stop sign that shows DASH Pacoima. Make sure the bus destination sign says DASH Pacoima before boarding.

3. Pay your fare

DASH fare is 50¢ per ride.

You can pay with:

• TAP card

• TAP app

• Cash on board

Exact change is required if paying with cash.

4. Getting a TAP card

A TAP card is a reusable transit card that can be used to pay your fare on DASH and many other transit services in Los Angeles County.

You can get or reload a TAP card:

• At TAP vending machines at many Metro stations

• At participating retail locations

• Online at taptogo.net

• Through the TAP LA app

You can also add a virtual TAP card to your phone using the TAP app.

5. Ride to Hansen Dam

Board DASH Pacoima and ride to the stop serving Hansen Dam. Follow event signs or staff directions from the bus stop to the Fan Zone entrance.

Rider Tips

• Plan ahead and give yourself extra travel time.

• Buses may be busier before and after major matches.

• Have your TAP card, TAP app, or fare ready before boarding.

• Children age 4 and under ride free with a fare-paying adult.

• Check the DASH Pacoima schedule before you go.

Yes, for guests 21+ with valid ID.

Who is serving alcohol?
The beer garden will be exclusively supported by Anheuser-Busch (specific offerings TBD).

What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile pay.

What can I expect at the Fan Zone?

• Live match broadcasts on giant screens

• DJs & photo moments

• Sponsor activations and interactive fan experiences

• Family-friendly programming and activities (face painting, stilt walkers, balloon artists)

Will programming run all day?
Yes. Programming runs throughout each day and will end during half-time on the last game of the day.

Is this standing room only?
No. Guests may bring chairs and enjoy designated seating/viewing areas.

Can I bring a chair?
Yes! Chairs and blankets are encouraged.

Will there be shade?
Limited shaded areas may be available. Please plan for outdoor conditions.

Can I bring umbrellas or tents?
No, umbrellas or shade structures are not permitted.

Is the event family-friendly?
Yes. The Fan Zone is designed for all ages.

Are strollers allowed?
Yes.

Are there family amenities?

• Child ID bands to write a parent’s or guardian’s phone number are available at the command center. These measures will assist any event personnel in reuniting guests should it become necessary. 

Is the event ADA accessible?
Yes. Accessible entry, viewing areas, and accommodations are available. ADA Parking is available in the VIP Parking Lot. ADA Parking decal or plates are required.

Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed. Only service animals or service animals-in-training are permitted.

What happens if it rains?
The event is rain or shine. Programming may adjust for severe weather.

What should I bring?

• Sunscreen (non-aerosol)

• Hats

• Comfortable seating (chairs/blankets)

• Empty reusable water bottle

The Fan Zone is a family-friendly, inclusive environment. Guests must follow all event rules.

Required:

• Shirts and shoes at all times

• Respectful behavior toward all guests

Not Allowed:

• The use of profanity or other discriminatory, derogatory, or otherwise offensive language or gestures, whether spoken, written, or appearing on apparel, including but not limited to, such language that is based on race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, military/veteran status, or other protected category

• Intoxication or excessive alcohol consumption or signs of substance impairment that result in irresponsible, unruly, or illegal behavior 

• Bringing prohibited items into the venue 

• Smoking (including vaporizers, e-cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco). 

• Throwing any items or liquids 

• Fighting or other threatening behavior, including verbal or physical harassment or the incitement or instigation of violence 

• The destruction of property 

• The resale of tickets at the venue 

• Any violation of federal, state, or local laws
