This year there will be a ceremony held at the Westfield Fashion Square Mall in Sherman Oaks on 8/18/21 to unveil the new flag for the San Fernando Valley. The flag design was a collaboration between My Valley Pass, The Valley Relics Museum and Westfield Fashion Square. This event will be held from 6:00pm – 8:18 pm in the middle of the mall. The mall’s fountain will also be transformed to pay tribute to the Valley. Joining the festivities will be 10+ local vendors from Hope of The Valley to small mom and pop shops.
